Terms of Service

These terms govern the coaching services provided by ZuneTrades ("I", "me") to you ("you", "the client"). By paying the consultation fee, you agree to them.

What the service is

ZuneTrades provides one-on-one coaching focused on trading psychology, discipline, risk management habits, routine, and accountability. The work is about your execution and decision-making process.

The service does not include:

• Trade recommendations, signals, alerts, or tips
• Management of your account or funds
• Any instruction to buy or sell any specific security or instrument
• A trading strategy or system sold as a product

I never take custody of, access to, or control over your trading accounts or money. Every trade you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.

Risk and results

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial investment.

I make no guarantee, representation, or warranty about your results. My own trading record — including independently verified results — describes my past performance and does not predict or guarantee yours. Your outcomes depend on your own decisions, discipline, capital, and circumstances.

The consultation fee

The $500 consultation fee secures a scheduled 60-minute one-on-one consultation. It is non-refundable.

Paying the fee does not entitle you to acceptance into the coaching program. The consultation is a mutual fit conversation; either of us may decide not to proceed, and that decision does not create a right to a refund.

If we both decide to proceed, the $500 is credited toward the program fee.

Scheduling

Consultations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to book. To reschedule, give at least 24 hours' notice and I will move you to another available slot at no cost. If you miss a scheduled call without notice, the fee is forfeited.

The coaching program

The program is $6,000 for three months, comprising the consultation and twelve calls. Program terms, including any payment schedule, are confirmed in writing before it begins.

I work with a small number of clients at a time. Coaching depends on your participation: attending calls, doing the between-session work, and being honest about your trading. If you disengage, I may end the arrangement.

Confidentiality

What you share in our calls stays there. I will not disclose your identity, your numbers, your trades, or anything else about your situation without your permission, except where required by law.

Your obligations

• You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
• The information you give me is accurate and complete.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for complying with the rules of your broker, prop firm, or employer.
• You will not record, reproduce, or redistribute session materials without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid me.

Changes and contact

I may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay is the version that applies to you.
